All our jewellery is crafted from certified 925 Sterling Silver, finished in a sleek, timeless 18kRosegold/Gold/ silver polish that highlights the purity and elegance of the metal.

Yes. Our jewellery is nickel-free and lead-free, making it safe for sensitive skin and avoiding Harmful chemical.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Browse our website, select your pieces, and checkout securely using UPI, cards, wallets, or COD (for eligible orders).

Yes, available across India for orders below ₹10,000. COD orders incur a ₹75 cash handling fee.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For COD orders, ₹75 is charged at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays/holidays). Delivery usually takes 6–8 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take longer.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and invoice. Customized products are not eligible for return.

Yes, for most locations. If your pin code is not serviceable, you may be asked to ship the item yourself.

Please inform us within 24 hours and share a 360° unboxing video for investigation. Without this, claims may be declined.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, Paytm/wallets, and bank transfers. COD is also available with a ₹75 charge.

Yes. We use trusted, encrypted payment gateways to ensure complete safety for all orders.

WARRANTY & CARE

Yes. We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover physical damage, tarnishing, or signs of misuse, tarnishing due to use of chemicals or other harmful materials, or signs of misuse.
