Payment & Shipping Policy
At Eloura Sterling, we want your experience to feel just as smooth as the jewellery looks. Here’s a simple breakdown of how payments and deliveries work when you shop with us.
Payment Options
We’ve made paying easy and flexible. You can use UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking, digital wallets like Paytm, or go for a direct bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS). If you prefer Cash on Delivery, we offer that too for most pin codes in India just keep in mind there’s a ₹75 handling charge added per shipment. For bank transfers, don’t forget to mention your phone number in the payment notes. That helps us trace and confirm your payment. Orders made via bank transfer will only be processed after we’ve verified the payment.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
We have in-house manufacturing and it takes time for procurement and production of materials. So, once you place an order, the whole process of dispatch, shipping and delivery will be fulfilled within a time period of 15 to 20 days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders that include personalized or made-to-order pieces might take a little longer, and if you've mixed personalized and ready-to-ship items, we might ship them separately to avoid keeping you waiting.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. However, for COD orders, ₹75 cash handling fee will be charged . Most deliveries across India arrive within 15 to 20 business days. In rare cases, there could be delays due to logistics or weather, but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India. However, it’s not offered for personalized or custom jewellery. All COD shipments include a ₹75 cash handling fee.
Our Courier Partners
We ship through reliable logistics companies across all over India. The courier we choose depends on your pin code and the fastest delivery option available at the time.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. It might take a few hours after dispatch for the tracking to start showing updates-don’t worry, that’s normal.
Delivery Concerns or Damage
If something doesn’t seem right with your delivery- like missing items, a damaged package, or if it’s marked delivered but not actually received-please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving it. When you contact us, be sure to include your Order ID and, if possible, a video of you unboxing the parcel. That really helps us resolve the issue faster.
We won’t be able to look into delivery disputes if they’re reported after 24 hours, so it’s best to check your parcel as soon as you get it. All decisions regarding such cases will be at Eloura Sterling’s sole discretion.
