Purchasing on our website confirms that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to comply with our Return & Exchange Policy.
We aim to make your shopping journey as seamless and satisfying as possible. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer convenient returns and exchanges - no questions asked - within the specified terms.
1. Return & Exchange Terms
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or E-Mail us.
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse and verify its condition, we will process your request as per your preference:

2. Refund Details
For the prepaid orders, the refund would be in the source of payment, and for COD orders, it Refund will be credited only to the wallet on our website. Kindly note that only the amount of the product is eligible for a refund. Other fees like gift wrap charges, shipping charges, cash on delivery charges, customs duty, etc., are non-refundable.
We generally deliver all our products within 6-8 business days of placing the order. The dispatch time goes higher in cases where the customization is required by the customer or the product is to be made on order. In such cases, we will inform the customer in advance.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request that you reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 24 hours of delivery. of the package being delivered. 3. Return Conditions
Returned products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging with tags and invoice intact.
Products showing signs of use or tampering may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Personalized, custom-made, or modified items are not eligible for return or exchange unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
4. Product Photography Disclaimer
All our products are photographed under controlled lighting to maintain accuracy. However, minor differences in colour or texture may occur due to lighting and display settings. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not valid grounds for return.
5. Shipping &Dispatch
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of confirmation and delivered within 6–8 business days.
For made-to-order or customized jewellery, dispatch timelines may be longer than actual. In such cases, our team will reach out to inform you in advance.
